Our culinary team, led by Chef Ong, has curated a savory menu that will leave your taste buds wanting more! We have partnered up with a sommelier who will be giving you a guided tour of the wines.

First Toast: Sparkling Wine: Naveran, Cava Brut Dama ( 2021 )
Amuse Bouche Thai coconut crispy roll, cream cheese pumpkin orange filled, roasted pumpkin seed, preserved orange skin.
First Course: Les Rocailles, Rosé de Savoie ( 2022 )
Organic Salad, Mixed of fresh berries, dehydrated Doi-Kham tomato, Dehydrated Longan, Endive, Cucumber, Baby Agurula, Edible flower tossed, Doi-Kham tomato vinaigrette dressing.
Second Course: Léon Beyer, Alsace Pinot Blanc ( 2020 ) Sancerre
Soup Poached jumbo sea scallop with coconut kaffir lime sauce, emerald green herb oil, osetra caviar, fresh autumn herb, edible flower.
Third & Fourth Course: choose from two wines:
Stopman Vineyards, Crunchy Roast Ballard Canyon ( 2022)
Green & Red Vineyard, Zinfandel Chiles Canyon Vineyard Estate Napa Valley 2021 )
Third Course: Jumbo Prawn with tamarind sauce Langhe, Favorite, Malabaila , Italy Lightly battered, fried jumbo prawn, asparagus, pad Thai spaghetti flying fish roe, pea tendrils edible flower, spicy mayo, and sweet tamarind sauce.
Fourth Course: Thai red duck curry with pineapple Medium rare sous vide duck breast, cherry tomato, pineapple, fig, and crispy fried sticky rice.
Fifth Course: T. Berkley Wines Chenin Blanc Late Harvest Mendocino
Aa - Lua Delicious colorful Thai dessert made from mung bean flour, coconut milk, pear jelly, and passion fruit gelato.
